Wholesale savings

When you become a Member of AIM’s family, you are eligible to order AIM products directly from the company at wholesale prices!

Retail profit

From the moment you receive your AIM Member ID number, you can begin reaping a financial reward through purchasing AIM products at wholesale prices and selling them at suggested retail prices.

Regular commissions

Achieving the title of Preferred Member (the second step on AIM’s Ladder of Opportunity®) allows you to begin receiving a commission of 6% on the Bonus Volume Points (BVP, the point value assigned to products) of all your purchases and of the purchases of Wholesale Members and Express Customers you personally sponsor.
This is just the beginning! From here, your regular commissions will begin to build. And, since your promotions are retroactive to the first of the month, you earn higher commissions for the entire month of your promotion.

Director bonuses

Successful Directors in AIM’s family build groups of active Members. As a Director, your efforts are richly rewarded through Director Bonuses. You may earn multiple shares in both the Directors Growth Bonus Pool and the Three-Deep Bonus Pool. This is in addition to your regular commissions. AND, there’s more!

Elite leadership bonuses

AIM’s Elite Directors (Star Sapphire Directors and above) develop significant organizations that require strong leadership and dedication to maintain and nurture.
The Elite Leadership Bonuses reward Elite Directors for building strong, deep organizations. As an Elite Director, you can earn additional bonuses of up to 3% of the Group Volumes of your Fourth- through Sixth- Generation Directors. Chairman’s club rewards

The Growth Phase

* In order to receive commissions, you must qualify at the highest title you achieve during the month. See Glossary of Terms.

Wholesale Member: (MBR)

When you place an order of at least 50 BVP or pay a low initial membership fee ($25.00), you become an AIM Member and cost-saving, wholesale opportunities become available to you.

You will promote to the title of Preferred Member when you and your group accumulate just 450 BVP during a consecutive three-month period.


Preferred member: (PFM)

At this level in AIM’s compensation plan, your excitement about the AIM products builds. As you begin to share the products with family members and friends, AIM rewards you with a commission on purchases made by yourself and on the Group Volumes of Wholesale Members, as well as any Express Customers you have sponsored.

Monthly Qualifying Order: Any personal purchase with BVP value

Benefits:

  • 6% commission on the Group Volumes of all personally sponsored Wholesale Members

Promotion Opportunity:

You will promote to the title of Product Consultant when you and your group accumulate just 1,500 BVP during a consecutive three-month period.

Note: Preferred Members will not receive commissions on the Group Volumes of personally sponsored Preferred Members.

Product consultant: (PCL)

As you continue to share the AIM products with a growing circle of family members, friends, and acquaintances, you will find yourself sharing more information about how the products work. As a Product Consultant, you begin to receive commissions on business generated from the enthusiasm you create as you teach others about AIM’s exceptional products.

Monthly Qualifying Order: Any personal purchases that total 75 BVP Benefits:

o 3% commission on the Group Volumes of all personally sponsored Preferred Members

Promotion Opportunity:

You will promote to the title of Group Builder when you and your group accumulate a total of just 3,000 BVP during a consecutive three-month period.

Group builder: (GBD)

As your group begins to grow through the dynamic of duplication of efforts, you will begin to build a strong team of people who use, share, and teach about AIM’s effective products and business opportunity. At this step, your potential for earning commissions doubles!
Monthly Qualifying Order: Any personal purchases that total 75 BVP

Where will your business go? As a Director, you will determine the future of your business by setting goals and providing direction for your group. This crucial position on AIM’s Ladder of Opportunity™ rewards your efforts by offering you the potential to earn several business-expanding Elite Leadership Bonuses and increased commissions.

In the Expansion Phase, your promotions are based on the activity of your First-Generation Directors. When three of your personally sponsored Directors qualify with 150 points in Personal Volume (PV) each in the same business month, you will promote to the title of Star Sapphire Director.

Note: As a Director, your Group Volume breaks away from your sponsor’s Group Volume in the month you promote to Director. However, your Group Volume is still included in your sponsor’s Group Volume for the calculation of the number of shares in the Director Growth Bonus Pool in the month in which you promote to Director only.

Star sapphire director:

You’ve made it to the Elite platform on AIM’s Ladder of Opportunity®! Now, you and your growing network are ready to broaden your business horizons.
Monthly Qualifying Order for Regular Commissions: Any personal purchases that total 150 BVP

Royal emerald director:

This step in the Expansion Phase rewards you for creating both depth and width in your growing business.

Leadership Bonus Program

AIM’s generous leadership bonus program increases your earning potential

You have demonstrated true leadership when you develop a strong vision for the future and share this vision with others, when you inspire commitment through encouraging, motivating, and recognizing others, when you turn problems into opportunities, and when you serve a purpose and a people greater than yourself.

All phases of AIM’s Leadership Bonus Program will dramatically increase your earning potential.
As a Director, you can earn shares of a percentage of companywide BVP. Additionally, you can earn shares on your Group Volume and on the Group Volumes of your First-, Second-, and Third-Generation Directors. And that’s not all! If you are an Elite Director, you also have the potential to earn up to an additional 3% bonus on the Group Volumes of your Fourth-, Fifth-, and Sixth-Generation Directors!

As a Director, your organization increases in depth and stability as each of your Members begins to actively participate on AIM’s Ladder of Opportunity®. The Director Growth Bonus recognizes your organization’s growth. All you need to do to receive this bonus is make personal purchases that total 300 BVP and motivate your growing organization to accumulate at least 1,500 GV in one business month.

Pool = 4% of global BVP.

Three-deep bonus pool

The most powerful concept in training your group is to teach simple business building formulas to Members three levels deep in your organization. By teaching your team to always work three levels deep, you create a natural mentoring program and a team interested in each person’s success. By using and teaching this concept, you will build tremendous strength in your business. The Three-Deep Bonus rewards this dynamic business principle. Pool=2% of global BVP.

Monthly Qualifications:

  • Enter the month as a Director

  • Personal purchases that total 300 BVP

  • 1,500 GV

  • GV includes PV

  • Qualified Director(s)* with 300 PV and 1,500 GV Benefits:

  • A stronger, more active organization

  • .5 to 2 shares in the Three-Deep Bonus Pool

You earn shares based on your Group Volume and on the Group Volumes of your First-, Second-, and/or Third-Generation Directors with 300 PV and 1,500+ GV.

Directors receiving this bonus must have a Group Volume greater than that of the Director on which they are receiving the Three-Deep Bonus. Otherwise, the receiving Director will earn shares based on their own Group Volume.

Elite leadership bonuses

While Director Bonuses reward you for developing a broad organization, the Elite Leadership Bonuses reward you for developing a deep organization.

Monthly Qualifications:

  • Enter the month with the Elite title of Star Sapphire Director or above

  • Personal purchases that total 300 BVP

  • 3,000 GV

  • 2 to 6 legs (see Glossary of Terms, p. 15) with 20,000 Total Downline Volume (TDV) per leg

Benefits:

  • A deeper, more active organization

  • 1 to 3% bonus on the Group Volumes of your Fourth-, Fifth-, and Sixth-Generation Directors or on the Group Volumes of the generations on which you are entitled to receive bonuses, based on the title at which you enter the month.

  • For example, a Royal Emerald Director qualifying for the Four-Star Bonus will receive an additional 2% bonus on the Group Volumes of his/her Fourth- and Fifth-Generation Directors. In comparison, a Blue Diamond Director qualifying for the same bonus would receive an additional 2% bonus on his/her Fourth-, Fifth-, and Sixth-Generation Directors.

Note: You will be paid at the highest Elite Leadership Bonus achieved during the month.

Glossary of Terms:

Bonus Volume Points (BVP):

Point value assigned to products. BVP is used to determine promotions, qualifications, and commissions. BVP is totaled monthly. See current Company price list and order form for BVP on individual products.

Compensation Plan:

The commission and bonus schedule based on products purchased from the Company.

Commissions:

The regular commissions a person earns after signing up as an AIM Member or Express Customer based on his/her compensation plan title and the BVP of purchases made by himself/herself and his/her network of Members. These are paid each month that a Member makes a qualifying purchase.

Compression:

Maximizes commission potential by ensuring that all possible qualifying levels are filled with productive downline Members. Levels or generations compress so that Members not qualified to receive regular commissions become invisible during calculation of commissions. They do not lose their position or title permanently.

Downline:

All Members and Express Customers who have joined AIM through you—whether you personally sponsored them or you are upline from their personal sponsor. Your downline Members and Express Customers are sometimes referred to as your organization, network, or group.

Elite Directors:

Directors who promote to the top four titles in the compensation plan—Star Sapphire, Royal Emerald, Blue Diamond, and Chairman’s Club.

Generations:

A Director’s relationship to other Directors within his/her organization. Personally sponsored Members who promote to Director (including Elite Directors) become First-Generation Directors to the sponsoring Member. A Director sponsored by a First-Generation Director becomes a Second-Generation Director to the original sponsor, etc. Generations are distinguished from levels for the purpose of calculating commissions accurately; when Members in your downline promote to Director, their Group Volume is recorded separately from your personal Group Volume.

Group Volume (GV):

For regular commissions, the sum of a Member’s Personal Volume and the volumes (including downline volume) of all personally sponsored Express Customers, Wholesale Members, Preferred Members, Product Consultants, Group Builders, and Associate Directors.

Leadership Bonus:

Extra compensation for meeting specific bonus requirements.

Legs:

All Members in a First-Generation Director’s organization to unlimited generations.

Levels:

A Member’s relationship to his/her upline and downline. Levels refer to how many memberships there are between you and another Member in your network. Someone personally sponsored by a Member is referred to as firstlevel. A Member sponsored by the first-level Member is second-level to the original sponsor.

Monthly Qualifying Order:

The minimum monthly personal purchase required to qualify for regular monthly commission checks.

Personal Volume (PV):

The BVP value of any purchase made under a Member’s own identification number.

Sponsoring:

Personally signing up people to become Members or Express Customers.

Total Downline Volume (TDV):

All the volume earned in one leg throughout every generation.

Upline:

Members who joined AIM before you and are a part of the line or group of AIM Members through which you became a Member.

Wholesale Price:

The cost a Member pays for products purchased directly from the Company.

Express Customer Price or Suggested Retail Price:

Wholesale price + 10%
