Wholesale savings

From the moment you receive your AIM Member ID number, you can begin

Regular commissions
Achieving the title of Preferred Member (the second step on AIM’s

By teaching your team to always work three levels deep, you create a

Elite leadership bonuses
While Director Bonuses reward you for developing a broad organization,
the Elite Leadership Bonuses reward you for developing a deep organization.

A deeper, more active organization

1 to 3% bonus on the Group Volumes of your Fourth-, Fifth-, and

on which you are entitled to receive bonuses, based on the title
at which you enter the month.

For example, a Royal Emerald Director qualifying for the Four-Star
Bonus will receive an additional 2% bonus on the Group Volumes of
his/her Fourth- and Fifth-Generation Directors. In comparison, a
Blue Diamond Director qualifying for the same bonus would receive
an additional 2% bonus on his/her Fourth-, Fifth-, and Sixth-Generation
Directors.
Note: You will be paid at the highest Elite Leadership Bonus achieved
during the month.
Bonus Volume Points (BVP):
Point value assigned to products. BVP is used to determine promotions,
qualifications, and commissions. BVP is totaled monthly. See current
Company price list and order form for BVP on individual products.
Compensation Plan:
The commission and bonus schedule based on products purchased
from the Company.
Commissions:
The regular commissions a person earns after signing up as an
AIM Member or Express Customer based on his/her compensation plan
title and the BVP of purchases made by himself/herself and his/her
network of Members. These are paid each month that a Member makes
a qualifying purchase.
Compression:
Maximizes commission potential by ensuring that all possible
qualifying levels are filled with productive downline Members. Levels
or generations compress so that Members not qualified to receive
regular commissions become invisible during calculation of commissions.
They do not lose their position or title permanently.
Downline:
All Members and Express Customers who have joined AIM through
you—whether you personally sponsored them or you are upline from
their personal sponsor. Your downline Members and Express Customers
are sometimes referred to as your organization, network, or group.
Elite Directors:
Directors who promote to the top four titles in the compensation
plan—Star Sapphire, Royal Emerald, Blue Diamond, and Chairman’s
Club.
Generations:
A Director’s relationship to other Directors within his/her organization.
Personally sponsored Members who promote to Director (including
Elite Directors) become First-Generation Directors to the sponsoring
Member. A Director sponsored by a First-Generation Director becomes
a Second-Generation Director to the original sponsor, etc. Generations
are distinguished from levels for the purpose of calculating commissions
accurately; when Members in your downline promote to Director, their
Group Volume is recorded separately from your personal Group Volume.
Group Volume (GV):
For regular commissions, the sum of a Member’s Personal Volume
and the volumes (including downline volume) of all personally sponsored
Express Customers, Wholesale Members, Preferred Members, Product
Consultants, Group Builders, and Associate Directors.
Leadership Bonus:
Extra compensation for meeting specific bonus requirements.
Legs:
All Members in a First-Generation Director’s organization to
unlimited generations.
Levels:
A Member’s relationship to his/her upline and downline. Levels
refer to how many memberships there are between you and another
Member in your network. Someone personally sponsored by a Member
is referred to as firstlevel. A Member sponsored by the first-level
Member is second-level to the original sponsor.
Monthly Qualifying Order:
The minimum monthly personal purchase required to qualify for
regular monthly commission checks.
Personal Volume (PV):
The BVP value of any purchase made under a Member’s own identification
number.
Sponsoring:
Personally signing up people to become Members or Express Customers.
Total Downline Volume (TDV):
All the volume earned in one leg throughout every generation.
Upline:
Members who joined AIM before you and are a part of the line
or group of AIM Members through which you became a Member.
Wholesale Price:
The cost a Member pays for products purchased directly from the
Company.
Express Customer Price or Suggested Retail Price:
Wholesale price + 10%
