Natural Techniques, ships within the continental U.S. 

• Shipping is FREE  on orders $100-US and over
• Shipping is $7.95-US on orders up to $100-US
• Please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.
• All orders going west of Idaho are shipped from the Idaho warehouse.
• The warehouse in Oklahoma ships all orders going east of Oklahoma. They also ship orders going to Texas and some of the Midwest states.
