How do taxes work for the various areas (same for all?)

• VAT is included in your products and will appear on your invoice with the shipped items

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

• No, AIM products get sent via a courier to any shipping address, home or business, not to a PO Box, as the courier needs a signature, if nobody is home then the courier will leave a card and take the product to the nearest depot for collection.
• Aim products are shipped directly to the customer from the AIM warehouse in Burgess Hill, U.K

What are the shipping costs in general, and others (e.g. cost to the Highlands…) ?

• 6.50 shipping in the UK, if order is 65.00 or more, then free delivery.
• 15.00 per package within the Scottish highlands, UK offshore islands, Shetland and Orkney islands, northern Ireland, isle of man and isle of Wight, if order is 65.00 or more receive a discount of 6.50 on shipping (Shipping is then $8.50)
